Sonja Zernick-Förster

Sonja is a yoga teacher, educator, life artist and author and above all loves to spread happiness and joy. She is mother of Robin (21 years old), Leo (born in July 2013) and Johanna (born June 2015), in love and married, 45 years old and she loves life, her family, flamenco, yoga, her three cats and especially her job.

Angela Fuster

Angela is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher, founder of Tramuntana Flow (a yoga retreat and healing centre in Mallorca, Spain) and President of the charity Asociación Tramuntana Flow. She will be giving talks and presentations about the charity programs and projects that Tramuntana Flow is currently supporting. She strongly believes that the sum of our individual actions can have a huge impact on local & global communities.

Serena Bufalino

Serena is an International Special Education Specialist and President of the Haiti School Building Project. She will be giving talks and presentations on the Haiti School Building Project. Serena is a force of nature. She is rooted in service to others, and hauls herself over every obstacle using the pitons of hard work, dedication and determination. She believes unreservedly in her ability to shed light in dark places, and that with love and guidance any dream is possible.

Victor Mora Borrás

Enthusiastic, passionate and characterized by being an active, dynamic, responsible person and with ease for personal relationships. Teacher with extensive knowledge in orientation and personal development, as well as a restless entrepreneur who has worked in different professional sectors.

Carolina Albertoni

Carolina will be the main chef during the charity retreat. With love and care she will cook organic and local products to offer an exquisite vegetarian and vegan menu. Carolina is a creative burst. As an experienced health food chef she concocts ingredients from the earth to the plate with all the love, colors and freshness each season offers . As a fashion designer with the purpose of enhancing the femininity inherent in every woman. Creating as some say “dresses that dance”

Carolina will be taking care of your nourishment leaving your palates delighted.

My name is Inalu and I am a private chef specialised in vegetarian and vegan food. I am passionate about making healthy, inspiring and delicious food. I love cooking foods that are nourishing and restore our vitality. I am inspired by Ayurveda and Mediterranean cooking. I follow the rhythms and needs of the seasons to feed our body and soul.

ELVIRA CLAR NADAL

My name is Elvira and I am an international chef. I enjoy cooking dishes from all around the world, but since I am originally from Mallorca, my passion is Mediterranean food. My goal is to cook as seasonal, local and fresh as possible. Through my cooking I love to show the endless possibilities of Mediterranean products and produce and offer a culinary fusion with other cultures.

Sheela Gathright
Voice

Sheela was born in New York and growing up in the South Bronx. She comes from a family of musicians and actors and started singing as a child in a Gospel choir. She became known in several German TV shows. She appeared as the opening act at Chaka Khan and Herbert Grönemeyer concerts. Her first CD with the band DV8 was produced by Marius Müller-Westernhagen, the famous German rock singer. Sheela is one of the most popular singers for event activities in Mallorca. With her band, you can watch a professional performance, showing the accumulated experience of over 2000 live concerts which ads up to over one million spectators

Richard Vinton
Piano

Richard Vinton (Sarasota, Florida, U.S.A, 1958) is a pianist, horn player, arranger, composer and educator who has been a resident of Mallorca since 1993. His studies include a Bachelor of Music degree from New England Conservatory and a Masters in Music from the University of Miami. In 2019 he became the first musician to obtain the Título Superior in Jazz Piano from the Conservatorio Superior de Música de las Islas Baleares.
In the U.S. Richard worked with the Mavericks (keyboards) and the Tony Bennet Orchestra (horn). He also toured wth the legendary Haitian group Magnum Band in Haiti, New York and Miami.
Richard has recorded with Tomeu Penya, Riki Lopez, Jaye Kaye and La Gran Orquesta Republicana.

William Gathright
Bass

Bassist, William Gathright hailed from New York City and began playing the bass guitar in his early 20s. He landed his first professional gig at the age of 26, while studying in Hunter College, New York.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Musical Performance, William continued to perform in New York as well as in the cities surrounding New York. By 1989, after gaining much experience performing, William was offered to play in Yokohama, Japan. He then moved on to Osaka, Japan and finally to Singapore. His first contract in Singapore was to perform with one of Singapore’s well-known singers, Wendi Koh. After a one year stint with Wendi, William began touring Southeast Asia for the next 5 years.

When not performing, William teaches bass to up and coming bass enthusiasts.

AYURVEDA LECTURE, PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS & MANTRA CONCERT

NOELI NAIMA

Noeli Naima has been teaching Yoga for more than 20 years and enhanced her path as a Naturopath Practitioner in Ayurveda Medicine, Mantra Sound Healing, Tantra Consultations and Vibrational Recalibration along the years.

She is a passionate speaker and docent and will delight us with some Ayurveda wisdom pearls. She shares lots of her zeest and knowledge as well in Brazil, Mallorca and Portugal.

Noeli has a beautiful trance- calling voice – she sings in all her classes to soothe vata dosa, combining principles of classical Yoga and Ayurveda, as well from modern somatics, (like the somatic breath), to achieve deep relaxation states, even in the active Vinyasa classes. She will thrill us with her voice during this weekend and invite you to sing along.

Stefano Guasconi

Stefano Guasconi was born in Milan (Italy). Since 2003 he study and practice Hara Yoga with “Master Gio’ Fronti”. He studied Ayurvedic massage, Shiatsu, Shin-Ki-Ren and Setsu-Shin, Plantar Reflexology, Cranial Osteopathy and Cranial Sacral Therapy, Hatha-Yoga, Natural Cookery (Energetic Food with Montse Bradford). In the year 2011 he concludes the training of sound massage with Harmonic Tibetan bowls with Albert Rabenstein. Currently he lives in Mallorca and works with individual treatments and collective harmonizations, collaborating with various studios.

Petró Kohut is a healer / bodyworker / Rolfer® / Trauma therapist & Massage therapist. He is Co-owner and co-founder of Lucky Bodies and Happy Souls, the advanced manual therapy center in Santa Catalina, Mallorca. His passion lies in the raising of human potential, particularly in the direction of healing trauma, whether it be personal or ancestral. His sessions are profound physical and often emotional experiences as they work with the deep myo-fascial systems of the body which support the way we move, express ourselves and hold our postures. His aim is that you feel more balanced and whole and you can feel more fully your authentic self.

Frank-André Berkel, crowned with Titels and Championships is based on Mallorca since the German actress Ursula Karven opened 2006 with him as first Teacher the “YogaYou” in Palma. Physiotherapeuticly educated is the passionate Yoga-Pilates and Fascia-Specialist keen to help people who are in need. Frank-André is certified (trained) in Reiki and the practice of Qi Gong(a form of Thai Chi) He actually provides energy work during his massages by incorporating your own breathing into the massage. This way, he helps you move more easily and resiliently, improve your posture and thus make you feel more relaxed, vital and younger.

Martin works as an Holistic Therapist with more than 20 years dedicated to personal spiritual development. Work with the word, yoga, meditation, massage, reflexology, energy healing and other harmonization techniques. I have trained in Argentina, India, Costa Rica, Peru, United States and other places.After having gone through my own existential crisis, I decided to share much of what I experienced, with other people, in order to facilitate their processes of change or crisis
My mission is to help people on their path of growth, transformation and liberation from suffering, just as other people have helped me and continue to help me in mine. I think that the situations of pain, both in the physical body and in the mental or emotional, is information that allows us to increase our level of consciousness and thus achieve greater harmony and contact with our essence and thus experience peace, love and fulfillment in our lives

RETREAT VENUE AT TRAMUNTANA FLOW – LA CASA DE LA CALMA

Tramuntana Flow is a retreat space that brings together the best yoga facilities and beautiful accommodations in a peaceful environment that helps to restore the mind-body-soul balance through yoga, meditation and nutrition.
La Casa de la Calma, in the pittoresk village of Sa Cabaneta in Mallorca, is a beautiful place of peace that offers simplicity and comfort. The Zen inspired decoration reflects balance and harmony. The gardens with astonishing views of the mountains and valley offer a wonderful place to relax and read under the shape of palm trees. In the summer guests are welcome to use the large rectangular swimming pool. The spacious yoga shala overlooking the Tramuntana Mountains is equipped with all necessary props. The sound of birds and nature are the background music in Savasana. 

REOPENING 5TH JULY 2020

We will inaugurate our FLOWER OF LIFE mandala with a spiritual yoga practice and a surprise. During the summer months we will be offering a series of local events on our open air terrace.
